In the vinification of this wine, there is total destemming without crushing, fermentation in the press of the 3 varieties separately, with spontaneous yeasts. Arinto and Fernão Pires with skin maceration and fermentation in barrels. Moscatel Graúdo with full tanning (orange wine style). Minimal addition of sulphur. Part of the batch aged in used French oak barrels and the rest of the batch aged in stainless steel. The vineyard for this wine has a microclimate created between the Atlantic breeze and the Serra de Montejunto, with morning fog throughout the year and high rainfall, and the soil is limestone and has a clay loam structure. The Serra Oca White wine presents a golden yellow color and has a mineral aroma, with floral nuances, vegetable and dried fruit notes. On the palate, it is very intense and fresh, with a long and pleasant aftertaste.
