Autochtones, Fabien Jouves, Cahors, France 2020

Tax included.

Autochtones - meaning indigenous - is a blend of native Cahors grape varieties that have fallen out of favour of the official AOC. Fabien Jouves is aiming to resurrect these varieties and elevate them to the great wines they can be.

Nose with aromas of flowers (violet), black fruits (cherry, blackberry), with notes of sweet spices. Fresh and elegant mouth, on very fine and velvety tannins.
