A blend of Merlot, Syrah, Garnatxa, Sumoll, Harvested by hand. 4 days of skin contact then pressed. Spontaneous fermentation by indigenous yeasts. 80% aged for 7 months on lees in stainless steel tanks, 20% spent 6 months in old oak barrels. Unfiltered, unfined and no added sulphur.
Bright and refreshing, with herbal notes, red and purple fruit and a bit of spice. This is a medium-bodied wine--more substantial and dense than Oriol's other red wines, but still fresh, and with delicate tannins.
