Skin maceration meets rosé meets light red. In a technical aspect, all three styles of wine are created by macerating the grape juice with the grape skins but results are as diverse as the there are grape varieties in the world.
This wine brings bright red fruits and a delicious juicy palate, think grapefruit, orange bitters and ripe stone fruits. A blend of Grenache Gris and Grenache Noir. This vintage embodies the scorching heat during the summer months in the south of France. Something you want to enjoy a little chilled on a sunny day.
