100% Macabeo Pet Nat from Catalonia. High altitude wine (600+ MASL) grown on clay and limestone. 7 day maceration on skins. Fermented with native yeasts. Aged 12 months in bottle on fine lees.
Cloudy with a creamy mouthfeel. Dry (2g/l sugar).
Fresh and crispy. Lemon zest, yellow apple, peach, fine minerality, yellow flowers, and almond on the finish.
