Muller Thurgau, Danger 380 Volts, Milan Nestarec, Moravia, Czech Republic 2020

Tax included.

Milan Nestarec is the leading light of natural winemaking in the Czech Republic, working with Czech and Austrian varieties to make precise, terroir-driven wines without any additions.

In the producer's own words, this is a 'salty-citrus-exotic undisgorged sparkler'. Field blend of Neuburg, Müller Thurgau and Muscat, grown on a sandy vineyard called Sahary. Bottled with a little residual sugar remaining so fermentation finishes in bottle. Unfiltered, unfined and no added SO2.
