Alice and Olivier De Moor are winemakers with a cult status in France, growing natural Chardonnay and Aligoté in Chablis that has attained something of a mythical status.
This is the newly arrived 2020 Vendangeur Masqué made from grapes sourced from several parcels around Chablis. More taut and mineral-driven in its youth than the superb 2019 with intense sea spray salinity, pure and linear citrus fruit and a touch of smoke.
